Establishing rate of pay for Street Maintenance Man and Custodian of Municipal Building

Be it ordained and enacted by Bolivar Borough Council assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, that the rate of pay for labor on streets and alleys be set at $1.00 per hour for 8 hours of duty and at same rate when required after 8 hours in anyone day.

When called to protect any prisoners, the rate shall be 0.75 cents per hour.
