Therefore be it resolved, That we, the Officials of Bolivar Borough, Westmoreland County, PA in regular session assembled on this 5th day of April 1971, do hereby make application to the County commissioners of Westmoreland County for an allocation of County Liquid Fuel Tax Funds in the amount of $1,000 to be used in the improvement of

Three Blocks on McKinley St, Three Blocks on Shaffer Street, One Block on Second Street (From Market Street to Shaffer Street) and One Block on Third Street (From Market Street to Shaffer Street).

The listed streets are to be resurfaced at the estimated total cost of $15,000
