Whereas, The Borough of Bolivar is hereby setting the Speed limit signs on Route 259 (State Highway) at 35 miles per hour. (This is Route L.R. 64190).

Whereas, Secretary, Erma McCartney has been instructed to order 12 - 35 mile speed limit signs, from Prismo Safety Corporation, and 2 "End of 35 mile speed limit.

Be it Resolved by the Borough of Bolivar in Council assembled, that Lemon Hogan made motion to adopt this resolution and was 2nd by Peter Bonavero.
It is Further Resolved hereby that the President and the Secretary of the Borough Council execute this Resolution.
