Bolivar Borough in Need of Sewage Collection & Treatment Facility

Whereas - The Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania is in need of a Sewage Collection and Treatment Facility.

Whereas, The Bolivar Borough Municipal Authority desires to join The Township of West Wheatfield, Indiana County, Pennsylvania and The Township of Fairfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania and develop a Sewerage Facilities Plan. Facility Plan.

Now, Therefore be it Resolved by the Bolivar Borough Municipal Authority

That, Gwin Engineers, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 1126 Eighth Avenue, Altoona Pennsylvania be engaged to prepare the Step 1 Grant Applications for the Sewerage Facilities Plan
