Be it Ordained and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Council of the Borough of Bolivar, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Section 1. That a tax and the same hereby levied on all property and occupations within the said Borough subject to taxation for Borough purposes for the fiscal year of 1976 as follows:

Tax Rate for general Borough purposes for the sum of 22 Mills on each dollar of assessed valuation.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
