At a regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on March 4, 1985, the following Resolution was adopted and approved.

Be it Resolved, and is hereby Resolved: to amend Section five (5) of Ordinance # 60 , Illegal Parking in the Borough and setting cost of fines.

To lower fine for Illegal Parking from $25.00 to $15.00. Section (5) of Ordinance # 60 can be changed from time to time by Resolution of Council.
