An Agreement with Highland Video Inc.

At a regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on November 7, 1983 the following Resolution was adopted and approved.

Resolved, to amend the Purchase of Service Agreement with the Highland Video Inc, of Blairsville, PA to be hereby be referred to as the "Borough and Highland Video Associates Limited Partnership " (L.P.) a Pennsylvania limited partnership.
