Resolve, that we, Bolivar Borough Councilmen, having carefully considered the need and requirement of residents of Bolivar Borough near and adjacent to Fairfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and

having further talked with the said residents of Bolivar Borough, believe that the contemplated closing of our elementary School of the Ligonier Valley School district, would adversely affect the residents of Bolivar Borough, and the growth of that part of Bolivar Borough now services by the Elementary School.

We therefore, request that the Ligonier Valley School Board reconsider their action in closing of any elementary School.
