In the month of April 1966, the houses in the Borough of Bolivar were numbered. Plan for this project was made up under the supervision of Mr. F. B. Gibson, Mayor.

House numbers were delivered to the homes in the Borough of Bolivar and occupants put numbers on their houses.

Mr. P.J. Bonier and Council members assisted in this project.

House numbers were ordered by Bolivar Borough and bill for same was paid by Borough Council.

Council was later reimbursed by "Loyal Order of Moose" of Bolivar Pennsylvania, and this was their project.
