Resolution authorizing the sale of personal property belonging to the Borough Pursuant to Section 1201 (ii) of the Borough Code for Bolivar Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania

Whereas, Bolivar Borough Council wished to sell a Gravely Lawn Tractor owned by the Borough , and

Whereas, following advertisement, Borough received only one (1) offer, which was in the amount of $317.00 from Paul Bair.

Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Borough of Bolivar shall sell the Gravely Lawn Tractor to Paul Bair upon the payment of $317.00
