Joint Venture for Sewage Collection & Treatment Facility

Whereas - The Supervisors of the Township of Fairfield, Westmoreland County, and the Supervisors of West Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania are in need of a Sewage Collection and Treatment Facility.

Whereas, The Supervisors of the Township of Fairfield, Westmoreland County, and desires to join with the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and the Township of West Wheatfield, Indiana County, Pennsylvania and develop a Sewage Facility Plan.

Now, Therefore be it Resolved by the Supervisors of Township of Fairfield

That, Gwin Engineers, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 1126 Eighth Avenue, Altoona Pennsylvania be engaged to prepare the Step 1 Grant Applications for the Sewerage Facilities Plan
