Blacktopping of Roads

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on June 11, 1979, the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, to award bid to Quaker Sales co of Johnstown Pa for black topping various streets in the Borough of Bolivar in the amount of $9,850.00
