Bolivar Sewage Authority

At a regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held July 2, 1973, the following resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that Bolivar Borough Council hereby, authorizes Attorney John F. Kradel to draft an ordinance signifying the interest to organize a Sewage Authority with the following name to be used. "Bolivar Borough Municipal Sanitary Sewerage Authority".
