Appointment of Mayor

At a regular monthly meeting of Bolivar Borough Council held on September 12, 1976 the following Resolution was approved.

Be it Resolved, that the Council of Bolivar Borough hereby appoints George Bella as Mayor of Bolivar Borough to replace Edgar Dell who resigned.
