Resolution authorizing the Appointment of a Mayor Pursuant to Section 901 of the Borough Code for the Borough of Bolivar, County of Westmoreland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Whereas, Arthur Sisitki, having served as Mayor of Bolivar Borough, resigned his position, effective June 5, 2008 and,

Whereas, said resignation was accepted and approved by vote of the Council of Bolivar Borough on June 5, 2008, and

Whereas, Everett Saxton has qualified to hold the position of Mayor,

Now therefore be it Resolved, that the Borough of Bolivar hereby appoints Everett Saxton to the position of Mayor of the Borough of Bolivar.
