Appointment of Depository

Naming of Johnstown Bank and Trust Co Depository.

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on June 3, 1974, the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that Bolivar Borough Council hereby appoints Johnstown Bank and Trust Company, New Florence Branch as depository for the Bolivar Borough Funds.
