Appointment of New Secretary

At a regular monthly meeting of Bolivar Borough Council held on March 6, 1978 of the Bolivar Borough Council the following Resolution was approved.

Be it Resolved, that the Council of Bolivar Borough Council hereby appoints Florine Bella as Secretary of Bolivar Borough to fill the vacancy created by the resigning of Joan Lichtenfels as Secretary.
