At a regular monthly meeting held on Monday September 14, 1987 at the Bolivar Borough Municipal Building, the Council of the Borough of Bolivar adopted the following amended Ordinance:

Ordinance Amending Ordinance No 4 of 1984 so as to correct the date of the flood hazard boundary map to read August 10, 1979.

Be it enacted and ordained and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the Council f the Borough of Bolivar, in session lawfully assembled as follows:

Section 1.

Section 3.00 Identification

The identified flood plain area shall be any area of the Borough of Bolivar, subject to the one hundred (100) year flood, which is identified as a Special Flood Hazard Area (Zone A) on the Flood Hazard Boundary Map as issued by the Federal Administration dated August 10, 1979

Section II.

All other provisions of Ordinance No 4 of 1984, as amended shall remain in effect and unchanged.
