To Pennsylvania Department of Transportation

It is resolved and approved by the Borough of Bolivar, Pennsylvania, in council assembled, by the authority of the same to provide the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation authority to do the work deemed necessary to give the proper clearance to the Route 259 highway underpass (Penn Central Railroad Mainline Overpass) located within the Bolivar Borough limits.
