Be it enacted and ordained by the Borough of Bolivar in Council assembled and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same.

Section 1. That tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property and occupations within the Borough of Bolivar, subject to taxation, in the amount of twelve (12) mills for Borough purposes for the fiscal year of 1968 as follows: for General Government purposes, Protection of Persons and Property, Health and Sanitation, Highways, Special Services and Miscellaneous.

Section 2. That an Ordinance or parts of any Ordinance conflicting with this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
