Be it Resolved by the Borough of Bolivar in Council assembled.

That agreement be entered into between the Borough of Bolivar and Kenneth Boring of West Wheatfield Township, in Garbage Disposal. The President of the Borough Council is hereby authorized and directed to sign said agreement in the name of the Borough, and the Borough Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to attest said agreement and affix thereto the Borough Seal.
