Requirement for Two Signature's on Bank Account

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on January 5, 1981 the following Resolution was adopted..

Resolved, to have two (2) signatures on State Aid Checks, Treasurer Vicki Mundorff, and Secretary Florine Bella, and one signature the Treasurers, on the General Fund Account, and the Federal Reserve Sharing Account.
