Need for Sewage Collection & Treatment Facility

Whereas, The Township of Fairfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania is in need of a Sewage Collection and Treatment Facility.

Whereas, the Supervisors of Fairfield Township desires to join with the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and the Township of West Wheatfield, Indiana County, Pennsylvania and develop a Sewage Facilities Plan.

Now, Therefore be it resolved by the Supervisors of Fairfield Township

That, Gwin Engineers, Inc. Consulting engineers, 1126 Eight Ave, Altoona Pennsylvania be engaged to prepare only the Step 1 Grant Applications for the Sewage Facilities Plan, and to develop the Plan upon Step 1 Grant Approval.
