At a regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on May 02, 1988 this Resolution was adopted and approved.

Resolved: To appoint Charles J. Burkett to a seat on Council to fill the vacancy of Arthur Stiffey. Mr. Stiffey resigned April 15, 1988.

Appointment ends December 31, 1990.
