Tri-Community Sewage Authority Treatment System

At a regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on January 3, 1984 the following Resolution was adopted and approved.

Resolved, to execute and approve (3) three Ordinances and Agreements for the Tri-Community Water and Sewage Authority for the purchased Sewage Treatment System in the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Adopted and approved the 3rd day of January 1984
