Old Business
1. Update on sponsorship letters for 2026 events
Pat said she received a notice from Keith that GAI will pay for the May band of $600.
Mellissa said she has contacted again Waste Management. We never hit them up.
Sent a letter to Pro-Disposal, Beaufort’s was contacted directly, Indiana Care Network, was sent another hint. Then to Greg from Tri-Star- they to pay for Gingerbread December. Not sue if we are getting $300 or $500. Still coming from Markosky waiting to send out on the 24th. Giant Eagle was sent a letter also. If they pay will take the sponsorship over $50 gift certificate. If everything comes in we will have everything covered.
2. Update on vendor letters for Brickfest 2026
Pat said we currently have 2 vendors that have applied for Brickfest and paid for.
Mellissa said that Sue sent out letters for the vendors.
Pat also got an email from Jennifer Nunnan who owns a vendor drink truck. She was informed that she would be good for our Brickfest. I sent out an application and then received a notice from her that they could not make the Brickfest as she has another commitment.
3. Update on sub sales.
Mellissa right now I have 56 in hand. We need 100. Awaiting CJ and Sara totals.
Pie Shop - I don’t know. Currently has possibly 40 something for the pies. Mellissa said she will pick up.
Mellissa said she will order pineapple flavor. Mellissa to order 2 cases.
4. Beef Stick Sales
Jess has sold all the beef sticks. We had finished up with $174 so our grand total was $656.
Mellissa asked if this is something we should order more. Jess said right now we should hold off because of others selling.
Update on America 250 – Civil war veterans
Pat gave Mellissa a list of all the Civil War and Revolution War vets as well as all the Vets from World War 1, !!, Korean War, Vietnam War. She was sure there are probably more up there that was missed but just don’t have any record of the individuals. Missing headstone, and poor record keeping in the past.
Mellissa said she will turn over the records for the plaque from America 250
One of the thing they have on Facebook is a Mural made by us. Individual paint kits are sent and paint our own and send off to them and they make a Muriel from it.
Update on getting D’Rinaldo photo for our 3rd Christmas ornament. Billy D and Connie D were both contacted and they cannot find a photo.
Discussion was made and was decided to do the old Drug Store instead if we could not find a phot of D’Rinaldo Store.
Mellissa said she thinks we can sell the Bolivar 15923 t-shirts and sell and put the brickyards on it.

New Business
Ticket Sales for May
Mellissa asked if Pat has them all handed out. Pat said she has 7 packs at home yet to get out.
Trivia Night food and drinks.
We currently have 5 teams. We would have $200 the split would be $100. Gwen said they were not bringing up a bar tender for the event.
Food will be pizza, salad, taco meat and nachos.
Think we should just ask for donations and not charge for the food.
Pat asked how much we pay the DJ. $150 goes to Jeff Skidmore.

Mellissa mentioned about a fund raiser collecting old shoes. She wanted to know what everyone thought of parks to do this.
