Kayak's and Canoes can use the boat ramp. Lighting, and camera's have been installed at the boat ramp location. We currently are using Port-a-Johns for restroom usage in that area.
Kelly Park also has a playground area for smaller children, seperate Basket Ball and Tennis Court's and a large playing field for other sports such as softball, and football.
