Replacement of Council Personnel

At the regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on July 11 1982 the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, to appoint Sharyn Lichtenfels to replace Michael McClellan. His eat being declared vacant by Council and the Borough Code for failure to attend meetings.
