Appointment of Council Member

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on March 2, 1981 the following Resolution was adopted and approved.

Resolved, to appoint Timothy Garland as a member of Council replacing Denise Neiderhiser. Appointment ends December 31 1981
