Appointment of Auditor

At a Vacancy Board meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on February 14, 1980 the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that Bolivar Borough Council and Chairman, John E.Neiderhiser, JR of the Vacancy Board, hereby appoints Robin Springer as Auditor for Bolivar Borough. Term expires December 31 1981
