Authorized Signers of all Documents

At a regular monthly meeting of Bolivar Borough Council held on July 3, 1978 the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that President Conrad Gamble, and Secretary Florine Bella are hereby authorized to sign any and all necessary papers pertaining to Borough Business
