Whereas, The Borough of Bolivar is the owner of a certain lot situate in Bolivar borough, being known as Lot No. 12 in the J.C. McClune Plan; and

Whereas, Charles J. Long and Betty J. Long, his wife, have offered to purchase the said lot from the Borough of Bolivar for the total consideration of $300.00; and

Whereas, it will be to the best interests of the Borough of Bolivar to accept the offer of the said Charles J. Long and Betty J. Long, and convey the said lot to them.

Be it Resolved by the Borough of Bolivar in Council assembled, that the offer submitted by Charles J. Long and Betty J. Long, his wife, of $300.00 in payment for Lot No. 12 in the J.C. McClune Plan, be and the same is hereby accepted, and

It is Further Resolved hereby that the President and the Secretary of the Borough Council execute the Deed for Lot No. 12 in the J.C. McClune Plan to Charles J. Long and Betty J. Long, his wife, and that the President acknowledge same and deliver the same to the purchasers on receipt of the $300.00 consideration.
