A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE HIGHWAY RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE BOND FOR THE HIGHWAY OCCUPANCY PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE FIFTH STREET DRAIN PROJECT

WHEREAS, Bolivar Borough has commenced a storm sewer drain project a portion of which extends through the Borough right - of - way in Fifth Street, which intersects with market Street, A/K/A State Route 259, and

WHEREAS, Bolivar Borough must execute a Highway Restoration and maintenance Bond agreement in order to obtain a highway occupancy permit to extend the storm sewer drain under Market Street a/k/a, State Route 259, and

NOW THEREFORE,  be it resolved and it is hereby resolved and follows:

I, Bolivar Borough Council President, Lewis McLaughlin is authorized and directed to sign the attached Highway Restoration and Maintenance Bond on behalf of the Borough of Bolivar and attest to the same.
