A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF BOLIVAR, COUNTY OF WESTMORELAND AND COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA REQUESTING AN APPORTIONMENT OF STATEWIDE LOCAL SHARE ASSESSMENT FUNDS OR EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS

Be it RESOLVED, that the Bolivar Borough of Westmoreland County hereby request a Statewide Local Share Assessment grant of $1,000,000.00 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the storm water management improvements.

Be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant does hereby designate Lewis McLaughlin, President of Borough Council and Paul Altimus, Vice Chairman as the officials to execute all documents and agreements between the Bolivar Borough and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested grant.

I, Patricia Betts, duly qualified Secretary of the Bolivar Borough, Westmoreland County, Bolivar, PA, hereby certify that the forgoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the Bolivar Borough Board of Supervisors at a regular meeting held March 3, 2022 at 7:00 PM and said Resolution has been recorded in the Minutes of the Bolivar Borough and remains in effect as of this date.
