A Resolution filling the Tax Collection Committee Representative Vacancy

Whereas, the Borough of Bolivar has recognizes a vacancy in the position of Tax Collection Committee representative, and

Whereas, Council is authorizes to fill the vacancy, and

Whereas, the Borough has considered the qualified, available and interested candidates for the position, and,

Whereas, Council has determined that representation by the business manager of Ligonier Valley School district is appropriate,

Now, therefore, be it resolved and it is resolved as follows:

1. Michelle Krebs, is hereby appointed as Representative to the Westmoreland County Tax Collection Committee to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of the prior representative and Michelle Krebs shall serve until the end of the term.

Be it Resolved, and it is hereby resolved this 3rd day of July 1, 2014
