Whereas, the Borough designated the structure to be unsafe, dangerous, un hygienic, or unsanitary to constitute a menace to the health, and welfare, and safety of the residents of the Borough of Bolivar, and has agreed to cooperate with the Westmoreland County Board of Commissioners through its Community Development Program to proceed and complete the demolition of the building located at Washington Street in the Borough owned by Peter J. Markuzic.

Resolved this 2 day of January 1990 the the award bid go to Earth Movers Unlimited, INC, PO Box J Tyrone PA 16686 in the amount of $4,787.00 for the demolition of the Peter Markuzic Property located at Washington Street subject to the Requirements of the Westmoreland County Planning Department in Greensburg PA.
