Resolution Requesting the Demolition of an unsafe structure located on Washington Street, Borough of Bolivar owned by Peter Markuzic.

Whereas, the Borough designated the structure to be unsafe, dangerous, un hygienic, or unsanitary to constitute a menace to the health, and welfare, and safety of the residents of the Borough of Bolivar, and has agreed to cooperate with the Westmoreland County Board of Commissioners through its Community Development Program to proceed and complete the demolition of the building located at Washington Street in the Borough owned by Peter J. Markuzic.

Adopted this 1st day of May 1989.
