Treasurer Report for April

Old Business

 1.    Update on sponsorship letters for 2026 events

 2.    Update on Vendor letters for Brickfest 2026

 3.    Update on ticket sales

 5.    Update on the Concession Stand cleanup   

 6.    Porta Johns have been ordered

 7.    Has the Bouncy House been reserved/ordered and approved? 

8.  Shoe collection program update

New Business:

1. 2 new forms to use.  An order form to be used to record all fund raising sales and a receipt that    is for each separate type item sold and monies received. Funds to be handed in with these forms within 48 hours of sales in order to secure, deposit and record ASAP.          
2. Introduce a website that Barbara Brzezanski uses to determine where she wants to partake in.  Can also advertise locally, regionally and nationally, in addition to Facebook.  It’s a website that’s commonly utilized by regulars attending fairs, etc.   Heavily used by both vendors and show/fair organizers.  They post regularly upcoming shows.  Barbara uses for states and regions.   
3. Need fliers for the Car Show
4. Need the trophies obtained
5. Need the dash plaques
6. Brittany Hughes charged $100 towards deposit for miniature golf for 7 hours.  Need to know who’s card, what type card used as well as the contract, invoice, complete breakdown of all costs and the down payment receipt in order to process.
7. Where is Trish’s cooler that has wheels and handle?  Needs to be returned as her property(dark Blue)
8. Need the list of times of Brickfest on the Website, around the county, possibly also utilizing     Barbs website.  Need to post in a much larger area, utilizing stores, banks, post office, libraries etc. in a 30 mile radius.    Utilize Trish’s old list as a beginning list. 
9. Need to contact the Pizza Post to place the order for the pizzas for the 24^th concert
10. What food is being sold on the 24^th
11. What drinks are being sold on the 24^th as entire supply has been destroyed over the winter
12.  Please only use locations that honor tax exemption.  Also, stare and compare prices, if bulk is cheaper per unit.  If say, please purchase what is required at the best per unit price. Even if larger amount purchased and please purchase only what the public will drink even if not the least expensive.
13.  Are any frozen items going to be sold?  Again, only items the public will buy even if not the least expensive.
